Easter Things in SB: Your Ultimate Guide

Easter is coming up fast.  What does Santa Barbara have to offer folks for Easter? Read on to get some local ideas.

Bob’s Wellbread is offering Easter goodies for pre-order pick up. Check out what they have to offer here.

The cool new spot, The Steward Hotel (I haven’t checked it out yet) is offering an Easter Brunch at their restaurant Terra. I haven’t heard much about the hotel or restaurant other than they are cool. So take that for what it is and check it out (if you check it out before me, please let me know your experience). Easter brunch is pretty reasonably priced for Santa Barbara.

As expected, Scarlett Begonia is offering a Champagne Easter Brunch. I am sure it will be good and over but worth it (if you are a brunch person).

Our family friendly buddies at Brass Bear are offering an Easter Brunch on Sunday. Love that. They have a bunch of cool events ahead (Hint Hint: Mother’s Day!).

The good ole Ritz Carlton Bacara i serving up a very expensive and I am sure delivious Easter Brunch with fantastic views. Will there be an egg hunt for the kids? Not sure.

The Belmont El Encanto is always a great time for the kids. An Easter Bunny who is only slightly scary to little ones and an easter egg hunt! Brunch too.

If you wanna get super fantsy pants

The Rosewood Miramar have two brunch offerings: The Indulgent Breakfast Buffet at the Revere Room AND the Elevated 4 Course Brunch at Caruso’s at the Rosewood Miramar. The brunches are both pretty spendy BUT they are sure to be gorgeous AND they do have an easter egg hunt, so thats a plus.

The Miramar is offering some free kid events

The bunny and duck garden from 11-4. Your family can hang out with animals and take pics. So cute and at noon there is The Great Easter Egg Hunt on Rosewood Miramar Beach. (Link above will take you to all the hotels fun offerings).

If you just want a fun Easter Egg Hunt, check out the Greater Easter Egg Hunt at Elings Park at 9:30 am on April 19, 2025. The hunt is free-ish, it’s $10 for parking. The Egg hunts start at 10 and they have different start times depending on the kids ages. As a parent, I LOVE THIS.

  • 10 a.m. – Baby bunnies (ages 0 – 3)
  • 10:30 a.m. – Daring ducks (ages 4 – 6)
  • 11:00 a.m. – Jack rabbits (ages 7 – 10)

If you are looking for an Easter Dinner

Opal is offering a Prixe Fixe Easter Dinner Menu. You can check the menu out here.

Now that we have given you some ideas, if you want to check out even more ideas, please take a look at Visit Santa Barbara’s Easter Calendar of local Santa Barbara events.

Taste Santa Barbara Food Tours will be hosting a non eating tour on Easter Sunday as we do not want to add more stress to our wonderful tasting partners, but we are around all the other days. Can’t wait to see you.
